Biriz Flexible aims to be an institution where all employees take pride in being part of, by providing a happy and peaceful working environment. Our Information Security Policy
OBJECTIVE
This policy is prepared by the Top Management of Biriz Flexible to ensure the protection and sustainability of the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of corporate information, information systems, and business processes of our organization and stakeholders.
SCOPE
All employees and stakeholders who utilize Biriz Flexible’s information assets fall within the scope of this policy.
DEFINITIONS
RESPONSIBILITY AND PERSONNEL:
Top Management; is responsible for providing the necessary support and control to ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy throughout Biriz Flexible. All Employees; are responsible for ensuring that Biriz Flexible’s information remains in authorized hands, ensuring that information is complete, accurate, and available for use, and ensuring that information and systems are ready for use when needed. Therefore, all Biriz Flexible employees, regardless of their positions or duties, are responsible for performing their duties in a manner that ensures the protection of information within Biriz Flexible.
IMPLEMENTATION
Information Security Policy
Biriz Flexible considers corporate information as a valuable asset. Any corporate information and the environment in which any corporate information owned by Biriz Flexible and/or our business partners is located are critically important for our business and responsibilities, and their security must be ensured properly.
The concept of security consists of three components: confidentiality (prevention of unauthorized access to information), integrity (complete, accurate, unaltered), and availability (ready for use when needed), and a security vulnerability in any of these main components can have a serious impact on the integrity and reputation of Biriz Flexible’s business activities.
Regardless of their duties or positions, all Biriz Flexible employees and suppliers are required to comply with relevant legal regulations, policies, procedures, and regulations, limit risks, and work within the framework of accepted best practices.
Biriz Flexible aims to protect its and its stakeholders’ information and information assets with the Information Security Management System.
Biriz Flexible Management commits to providing the necessary resources for the establishment, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of the ISMS to achieve this goal. Violation of information security policies and failure to implement controls against risks can result in material and moral damages to Biriz Flexible. Therefore, information security and/or related policy/procedure violations detected as a result of supervision, audit, and/or notification may result in internal disciplinary penalties up to termination of employment, or even initiation of legal and criminal proceedings.
Biriz Flexible’s Information Security Management System Policies/Procedures are applicable and mandatory for all Biriz Flexible employees who use Biriz Flexible information or business systems, regardless of their geographical location or business unit, whether full-time, part-time, permanent, or contractual. All persons, such as third-party service providers and their affiliated support staff, who are not included in this classification but require access to Biriz Flexible information, must adhere to the general principles of this policy and other security responsibilities and obligations they are required to comply with.
